Read-only view of a completed return record (status Vraćeno), opened with "Otvori zapisnik o vraćanju" on the Zapisnici list. It shows the same sections as return step 2 (pickup data, Stanje vozila pri vraćanju with Voženo, return Fotografije), with the accepted Opći uvjeti, the return signatures of the user and Porsche Croatia as images, and a Download PDF button. Nothing can be edited.
Users with access to Vozni park open the view of a completed return record (status Vraćeno) with “Otvori zapisnik o vraćanju” in the Zapisnik o povratku column of the Zapisnici list.
There is no separate Figma screen for this page. It uses the read-only layout of Zapisnik o vraćanju step 2, without the inputs for signing and without the “KREIRAJ ZAPISNIK” bar.
Breadcrumb: Zapisnici > Zapisnik o vraćanju. Page title: “Zapisnik o vraćanju — " followed by the vehicle’s Tip and Registarska oznaka (e.g. “Zapisnik o vraćanju — A4 Avant ZG-123-AA”), with a back arrow that returns the user to where they came from.
Content
All values are shown as text, as they were when the record was completed, except Podaci o vozilu, which are shown from the inventory (see Zapisnik o preuzimanju – view):
- Pickup data – Podaci o vozilu, Oprema vozila, Podaci o korisniku, Rok korištenja and Stanje vozila pri preuzimanju, as on the Zapisnik o preuzimanju – view
- Stanje vozila pri vraćanju – Km stanje, Datum vraćanja, Vrijeme vraćanja, Voženo (days and hours), Stanje napunjenosti baterije, Razina goriva u spremniku, Oštećenja evidentirana kod povrata vozila
- Fotografije – the photos uploaded at return; clicking one opens it in full size
- Potpisi:
- The accepted terms, shown as checked, with the link to the Opći uvjeti
- Potpis korisnika pri vraćanju vozila – the signature image
- Potpis Porsche Croatia pri vraćanju vozila – the signature image
The pickup signatures and pickup photos are on the pickup view.
Actions
- “Download PDF” – downloads the return PDF (the same file as in the Zapisnik o povratku column on the Zapisnici list)
