Read-only view of a submitted pickup record (status Preuzeto or Vraćeno), opened with "Otvori zapisnik o preuzimanju" on the Zapisnici list. It shows the same sections as pickup step 2 (Podaci o vozilu, Oprema vozila, Podaci o korisniku, Rok korištenja, Stanje vozila pri preuzimanju, Fotografije), with the accepted Opći uvjeti, both pickup signatures as images, and a Download PDF button. Nothing can be edited.
Users with access to Vozni park open the view of a submitted pickup record (status Preuzeto or Vraćeno) with “Otvori zapisnik o preuzimanju” in the Zapisnik o preuzimanju column of the Zapisnici list.
There is no separate Figma screen for this page. It uses the read-only layout of Zapisnik o preuzimanju step 2, without the inputs for signing and without the “KREIRAJ ZAPISNIK” bar.
Breadcrumb: Zapisnici > Zapisnik o preuzimanju. Page title: “Zapisnik o preuzimanju — " followed by the vehicle’s Tip and Registarska oznaka (e.g. “Zapisnik o preuzimanju — A4 Avant ZG-123-AA”), with a back arrow that returns the user to where they came from.
Content
All values are shown as text:
- Podaci o vozilu – Registarska oznaka, Marka, Tip, Broj šasije, Boja, and the insurance info box (“Vozilo je osigurano za slučaj krađe samo na području RH i EU. Putovanje u inozemstvo dopušteno je isključivo uz pismeno odobrenje vlasnika vozila.”)
- Oprema vozila – Vatrogasni aparat, Komplet obvezne opreme, and any added equipment
- Podaci o korisniku – Tvrtka, Adresa tvrtke, Ime i prezime, Adresa korisnika, E-mail, Telefon, Broj vozačke dozvole, Kat., Izdana od PU, Vrijedi do
- Rok korištenja – Od, Do, Vozilo treba vratiti najkasnije do, Mjesto povratka, Poseban dogovor, and the working hours info box
- Stanje vozila pri preuzimanju – Km stanje, Datum preuzimanja, Vrijeme preuzimanja, Stanje napunjenosti baterije, Razina goriva u spremniku, Oštećenja evidentirana kod predaje vozila
- Fotografije – the uploaded photos; clicking one opens it in full size
- Potpisi:

Podaci o vozilu are shown from the inventory, so a later change of the vehicle (e.g. Boja) also shows here. All other values are stored in the record and don’t change, also when the reservation the record was started from changes. The signed PDF keeps all values from the time of pickup.
Actions
- “Download PDF” – downloads the pickup PDF (the same file as on the Zapisnici list)
