Vozni park

Vozni park is the module for the company's shared vehicle fleet (rentals, journalist test cars and other non-Events use). It has a reservation calendar (Kalendar zauzetosti) for all inventory vehicles, and two-step pickup and return records (Zapisnici) that are signed in the app, sent to the user by e-mail and downloadable as PDF.

Vozni park is a separate module for managing the company’s shared vehicle fleet: vehicles used for rentals, journalist test cars, and other non-Events purposes. It is opened from the side menu: Vozni park → Kalendar zauzetosti / Zapisnici. The page header shows “Vento | Vozni park”.

The vehicles come from the general vehicle inventory (side menu: Inventar). Vozni park does not have its own vehicle list. See Vehicle Inventory.

Reservations

The Kalendar zauzetosti shows when each vehicle is reserved in Vozni park, used on an event, or out of order. Reservations are planning only: they are not connected to the actual pickup and return times in the Zapisnici.

A reservation has a start and an end date-time. When no time is given, the reservation covers whole days: it starts at 00:00 on the first day and ends at 23:59 on the last day.

A zapisnik (vehicle handover record) documents the pickup and the return of a vehicle. It is not linked to a reservation: when it is started from a reservation, the reservation data is only copied into it. Later changes to the reservation (or its deletion) do not change the record, and the record does not change the reservation.

Each record goes through these statuses:

• Draft – the pickup record has been started but not finalized
• Preuzeto – the pickup record is signed; the vehicle is with the user
• Vraćeno – the return record is signed; the vehicle is back

The pickup and the return are each signed in the app by the user and by Porsche Croatia. Each has its own read-only view and its own PDF, and a copy is sent to the user’s e-mail.

Roles

Manager of Vozni park

• Has access to the whole Vozni park module: the calendar, reservations and Zapisnici.
• Sees the vehicles, reservations and records of all brands. The brand filter on the calendar only narrows the view (see Brand specifics).
• Has no access to Events.

Admin

• Has access to all parts of the app, including Vozni park.

Brand managers and Promotors have no access to Vozni park.

Everyone with access to Vozni park can do everything in it, so the pages have no per-role permission tables.

Vehicle groups on the calendar

Each vehicle has a Vrsta korištenja (Vozni park or Događaji) and, for Vozni park vehicles, a Namen (e.g. IT, Postprodaja, Novinarji, Veliki kupci). Both are set in the inventory (Add new vehicle) and only decide where the vehicle is shown on the calendar. Any vehicle can be reserved in Vozni park or used on an event.

After saving

After saving or creating anything in Vozni park (a reservation, a draft, a record), the user returns to the previous view (the calendar in the month it showed, or the Zapisnici list), and a success toast is shown.
