Adding new BTC školovanje

The "Kreiraj novo BTC školovanje" form, with the sections Osnovni podaci (Marka, Naziv školovanja, and optional start and end dates for Modul 1–4) and Kandidati (1–20, each with Ime i prezime, E-mail, Partner, Marka). Saving creates 4 modules (2 attendance days each), a Rezultati feedback forme page and a Potpisi page, then returns the user to the list with a success toast.

The user adds a new BTC školovanje by clicking “NOVO ŠKOLOVANJE” on the BTC školovanje list.

Osnovni podaci

Marka – multiselect dropdown, mandatory
Naziv školovanja – text field, mandatory (placeholder “npr. Školovanje 2026/1”)
Termini po modulima – one row per module (Modul 1, Modul 2, Modul 3, Modul 4), each with:
- Datum početka – date picker, optional
- Datum završetka – date picker, optional
Info box under the dates: “Nakon datuma završetka Modula 4, slučaj će biti označen kao “Prošli”.”

When the Modul 4 end date has passed, the školovanje is automatically marked as Prošli.

Figma labels the name field “Naziv školovanje”. The spec uses “Naziv školovanja”, which is grammatically correct.

Within one module, Datum završetka cannot be before Datum početka.

Not specified: must the modules be in date order? For example, can Modul 2 start before Modul 1 ends, or even before Modul 1 starts? Options: no rule (modules can overlap or be in any order); or each module must start after the previous module’s end date. Recommended: each module after the previous one. Please confirm.

Kandidati

Section description: “Dodajte kandidate koji sudjeluju u školovanju (max 20).”

Each candidate row has:

Ime i prezime – text field, mandatory (placeholder “npr. Ivan Horvat”)
E-mail – text field, optional (placeholder npr. ivan.horvat@primjer.hr)
Partner – dropdown, mandatory (placeholder “Odaberi”)
Marka (kandidat) – dropdown, mandatory (placeholder “Odaberi”). This is the candidate’s brand, which is different from Marka under Osnovni podaci.

Rules:

At least one candidate must be added. A maximum of 20 candidates can be added.
The “+ Dodaj polje” button adds another candidate row.
Every additional row has a “–” button that removes it.
Candidates are stored per školovanje only. They are not linked to a shared candidate database.

Not specified: should the Marka (kandidat) options be limited to the brands selected under Osnovni podaci?

Default structure

When a new BTC školovanje is created, the following are added automatically:

Rezultati feedback forme – a link to a table for grades that are entered manually
Potpisi – a link to the signature page, with one section per module and no files uploaded
Four training modules: Modul 1, Modul 2, Modul 3 and Modul 4. Each module has its feedback form and two training days (Dan 1 and Dan 2) for every candidate.

Saving

The “KREIRAJ ŠKOLOVANJE” button in the sticky footer saves the školovanje.
Mandatory fields are validated before saving.
When the školovanje is created, the user is taken to the BTC školovanje list and a success toast notification is shown.
