Adding new BTC certificiranje

The "Kreiraj novo BTC certificiranje" form, with the sections Osnovni podaci (one Marka, Naziv certificiranja, start and end dates), Kandidati (1–20, each with Ime i prezime, E-mail, Partner) and Komisija (1–10, a user dropdown that shows each user's name and e-mail). Saving creates the Rezultati certificiranja page and a Modul 5 – Usmeni ispit activity per candidate, then returns the user to the list with a success toast.

The user adds a new BTC certificiranje by clicking “NOVO CERTIFICIRANJE” on the BTC certificiranje list.

Osnovni podaci

• Marka – dropdown, mandatory. Only one brand can be selected.
• Naziv certificiranja – text field, mandatory (placeholder “npr. Certificiranje 2026/1”)
• Datum početka certificiranja – date picker, mandatory
• Datum završetka certificiranja – date picker, mandatory
• Info box under the dates: “Nakon datuma završetka, slučaj će biti označen kao “Prošli”.”

When the end date has passed, the certificiranje is automatically marked as Prošli.

Kandidati

Section description: “Dodajte kandidate koji sudjeluju u certificiranju (max 20).”

Each candidate row has:

• Ime i prezime – text field, mandatory (placeholder “npr. Ivan Horvat”)
• E-mail – text field, optional (placeholder npr. ivan.horvat@primjer.hr)
• Partner – dropdown, mandatory (placeholder “Odaberi”)

Rules:

• At least one candidate must be added. A maximum of 20 candidates can be added.
• The “+ Dodaj polje” button adds another candidate row.
• Every additional row has a “–” button that removes it.
• Candidates are stored per certificiranje only. They are not linked to a shared candidate database.

Komisija

Section description: “Dodajte članove komisije koji provode certificiranje” (Figma has the typo “certificiranju”).

Each row has one field:

• Ime i prezime – dropdown, mandatory (placeholder “Odaberi”). Each option shows the user’s name and e-mail.

There is no separate e-mail field.

Rules:

• At least one komisija member must be added. A maximum of 10 komisija members can be added.
• The “+ Dodaj polje” button adds another member row.
• Every additional row has a “–” button that removes it.
• Komisija members must first be added as users in user management. Only then can they be selected here.

Default structure

When a new BTC certificiranje is created, the following are added automatically:

• Rezultati certificiranja – a link to the results table
• Modul 5 – Usmeni ispit – one per candidate, for each candidate added to the certificiranje

This activity is fixed and cannot be added or removed manually. It is the same for every certificiranje.

Saving

• The “KREIRAJ CERTIFICIRANJE” button in the sticky footer saves the certificiranje.
• Mandatory fields are validated before saving.
• When the certificiranje is created, the user is taken to the BTC certificiranje list and a success toast notification is shown.
