Editing existing assessment

The "Uredi assessment" form (trainer only, Aktivni and Nadolazeći assessments only). Same fields as Adding new assessment, prefilled, with the "SPREMI ASSESSMENT" CTA. Candidates who already have grades cannot be removed. Removed board members keep their grades. Disabling argumentacija mid-progress deletes its data. Saving returns the user to the assessment detail page with a success toast.
A user with the Trainer role edits an assessment either from the actions menu on the assessment list (“Uredi assessment”) or with the “UREDI ASSESSMENT” button on the assessment detail page.
Only assessments with status Aktivni or Nadolazeći can be edited.
The form has the same fields and validation as Adding new assessment, prefilled with the current data, with these differences:
- Page title is “Uredi assessment”
- The CTA button is “SPREMI ASSESSMENT”
Rules
- A candidate who already has any grades cannot be removed. The “–” button is not available for that candidate.
- A board member can be removed while the assessment is in progress. Grades and notes already entered by that member stay in the app.
- If the trainer unchecks “Igra uloga – argumentacija” while the assessment is in progress, the data already entered in the argumentacija form is lost. From then on, the results page uses the prvi kontakt grades for argumentacija.
- Adding a candidate creates their individual activities (Predstavljanje kandidata, Strukturirani intervju – bilješke, Strukturirani intervju – ocijene).
Saving
When the assessment is saved, the user is taken to the assessment detail page and a success toast notification is shown.
