Adding new assessment

The "Kreiraj novi assessment" form (trainer only) with the sections Osnovni podaci (Marka, Partner, Naziv, Datum), Aktivnosti (an optional "Igra uloga – argumentacija" checkbox), Kandidati (1–5) and Komisija (1–10). Saving creates the fixed set of default activities and returns the user to the assessment list with a success toast.

A user with the Trainer role adds a new assessment by clicking “NOV ASSESSMENT” on the assessment list.

Osnovni podaci

• Marka – multiselect dropdown, mandatory
• Partner – dropdown, mandatory (placeholder “Odaberi”)
• Naziv – text field, mandatory. Autofilled with the partner selected in the Partner field. The user can then edit it.
• Datum – date picker, mandatory
• Info box under the date: “Nakon datuma assessmenta, slučaj će biti označen kao “Prošli”.”

Aktivnosti

Section description: “Označite ako će se aktivnost argumentacija provesti. Ako neće, ocjene će se automatski preuzeti iz prvog kontakta.”

In this section the user decides upfront whether the Igranje uloga – argumentacija activity will be carried out during the assessment.

• Igra uloga – argumentacija – checkbox, optional, unchecked by default
  • Checked – the argumentacija grading form is active and shown on the assessment detail page.
  • Unchecked – the form is not shown on the assessment detail page. On the results page, the argumentacija grades are copied automatically from Igranje uloga – prvi kontakt.

Kandidati

Section description: “Dodajte kandidate koji sudjeluju u assessmentu (max 5)”.

Each candidate row has:

• Ime i prezime – text field, mandatory (placeholder “npr. Ivan Horvat”)
• E-mail – text field, optional (placeholder npr. ivan.horvat@primjer.hr)

Rules:

• At least one candidate must be added. A maximum of 5 candidates can be added.
• The “+ Dodaj polje” button adds another candidate row.
• Every additional row has a “–” button that removes it. The first row cannot be removed.
• Candidates are stored per assessment only. They are not linked to a shared candidate database.

Komisija

Section description: “Dodajte članove komisije koji provode assessment, uključujući sebe ako ste dio komisije”.

Each row has:

• Odaberi komisiju – dropdown, mandatory (placeholder “Odaberi”). Each option is shown as “Ime i prezime - E-mail - Role”, e.g. “Maša Perić - masaperic@gmail.com - Trainer”. The role is either Trainer or Assessment evaluator.

Rules:

• At least one board member must be added. A maximum of 10 board members can be added.
• The “+ Dodaj polje” button adds another member row.
• Every additional row has a “–” button that removes it.
• Board members must first be added as users in user management, with the Trainer or Assessment evaluator role. Only then can they be selected here.

Default activities

When a new assessment is created, the following activities are added automatically. They are the same for every assessment and cannot be added or removed manually.

Zajedničke aktivnosti (added once per assessment):

• Grupna diskusija
• Igranje uloga – prvi kontakt
• Igranje uloga – argumentacija (only if the checkbox under Aktivnosti was checked)

Individual activities (added for each candidate):

• Predstavljanje kandidata
• Strukturirani intervju – bilješke
• Strukturirani intervju – ocijene

Saving

• The “KREIRAJ ASSESSMENT” button in the sticky footer saves the assessment.
• Mandatory fields are validated before saving.
• When the assessment is created, the user is taken to the assessment list and a success toast notification is shown.
